These look great

They look better than the ones I got aswell. My ones I found one hand ran out before the other by a hole which is weird

I try use the lowest heat to long them out but then if I manage to get to 16 and their not run out that's good

Ordered 4-P takomo 201 heads only today! Was gonna reshaft my cobra forged tec black with nippon 105S black shafts. But came across that u can buy heads only from takomo for a very good price, so am stoked to try them! will be sick with black shafts and a sweet grip/ferruls combo to😎

Iomic pistol grip mid size for the new axis putter, possibly. Currently has a reverse taper on , but I think it’s on the wonk which might have played a part in its sale to me.

You will need shims for the heads, unless the shafts are 0.370 of course.

How are you getting on with those caleys (even)
Going to try a softer shaft in them. The PX IO is a bit low launching for the “launch in to orbit” heads.

Or at least I think that’s what’s wrong with them. Ordered a set of Nippon NS1050gh in regular to see if that makes a difference.

They look great, maybe a little chunkier than I’m used to and I really want to like them.

Really trying to resist the Vice mallet putter. But they look so good.
Love the customisation as well. VGP02C Neon Stealth, black shaft with neon green label, acid yellow pistol grip and the stealth black cover...

And down to £230 as well... Hold on will power, hold on!

Again tho how can a direct to consumer company justify these costs? Can get a odyssey for less

It costs what someone is willing to pay. Personally don’t like Odyssey putters. But then, new Odesseys are around £250 and overpriced for me.

No level of customisation either.

Appreciate that, just vice seem VERY overpriced for the fact they are direct to consumer

Surprised they sell that many at that price tho when whilst I appreciate your not a fan of odyssey people can pick up pretty much any other brand (bar Scotties) for a similar price point

If they were nearer the £100 mark it would make sense

It’s partially down to quality. DTC doesn’t always translate to cheap. Cheaper yes, but relative to quality.

A milled high end brand putter would be somewhere about £400-£500 , Vice offer what seems to be a very high quality product for less than that. Evenroll for example, £400-450 for what seems a similar product.

But then it’s subjective as a milled customised putter that looks great for £230 IS cheap to me.

fair enough, if you put like that it makes sense, just the name thing for me.. like their balls are too close in price to a branded ball now (unless you bulk buy) , £32 a dozen at the moment (but this is black friday pricing, normally £40) so for £40 a dozen, plus £4.99 delivery you arent that far on a branded equivalent

its like going car shopping for a BMW , getting a skoda because it does everything just aswell etc but paying the same just doesnt make sense

Balls are a different matter and I gave my views on that earlier in the thread. But the putter is like buying the Skoda for £50k instead of the £65k BMW because it does the same thing, providing good quality at a cheaper (relative) price.
