I was spectating at a county event the other year when a contender hooked his tee shot off the 9th tee. Ball takes ones bounce straight through the hatch to the half way house, where it rattles round the kitchen area before exciting via the back door.

I've posted this before but we were playing in an open comp at Rhos GC and had reached the 18th which is a par 3 to an island green. There was a group ahead of us just teeing off and one of them severely sliced his tee shot over a high protective fence towards where the pro shop was at the time. There were shouts of fore as the ball headed towards a group of people outside the shop but they didn't seem to take any notice as they were so far away from where any ball should be. The ball landed between them and hit the start button on a players trolley that then shot off towards the car park.

I could do this again but second shot on the 18 at the Celtic manor shot into the green pulled it way left i to a wedding that was out side enjoying the sunshine.

Playing a 4 ball at The Suffolk GC we stood away from the green on a par 3 to let a group play through on a busy day,the guy tee'd off and hit the head of my pp headcoverless driver whilst it was in his bag stood away from the green,the ball shot up in the air and landed a foot from the hole,he then proceeded to miss the putt.....

Playing with MashleyR7 i was just ahead of him from the drive so moved to the side of the fairway to get out of his way, he then asked me to move my trolley so i walked back and retrieved it. I stood almost square to him with my trolley and he pulled the shot 90 degrees straight at me smashing into my trolley and disintegrating the rear wheel- to this day i dont know how he pulled the shot that much

Playing at Longniddy in a fourball open we had a decentish score going down the last (long par 4 with wind against off the rigth) and both hit good drives making the green just about in range. First I spin a 3 wood up in the air and right way short in the deep rubbish. Then my mate strikes his and its drawing well exaggerated on the wind, hits the clubhouse roof and ends up in the flowers OoB. Then the provisional is slightly better, skimming off the wall of the clubhouse and ends up by the first tee.

Playing in Portugal, early tee off after a very late night and a playing partner hit his drive like a bullet but only about 3 inches off the floor. It smashed into the pyramid shaped ladies tee maker and shot hundreds of feet up in a straight vertical arc. We all watched it's return to earth, landing straight into the waste bin by the side of the ladies tee.

It was a good two minutes before we stopped laughing.

Actually, I did do it again

Many, many years ago played Newquay Golf Course by Fistral Beach. Iirc, it was my wind assisted sliced tee shot on the 1st that ended up in the hotel pool (hotel not there now) so I reloaded and, yes, I did do it again.

Late entry from my good self. Managed to swing a five wood at the ball on our 7th today and moved it six feet backward. No idea what I did or how it happened but I thought one of my PP's was going to do himself a mischief he was laughing that much.

Did anyone catch the recent Rick Sheils moment in Dubai (i think) where he hit the pin twice in a row in a picthing comp! Very funny!
