Quite a few for me - 6/7 brands.

Not all stay in the bag, 3w & 5w regularly don't make it in unless it's a trip to the range.
I drop the 3i & 4i for the Hybrids and 6i when I'm out of course, don't use them and its heavy enough as a habitual carrier.

Titleist 917 D2 --> soon to be Ping G410
Ping i25 3w
Ping i25 5w
Taylormade GAPR Lo
Benross 5Hy
Mizuno Fli-Hi 2i
Mizuno mx15 3i-SW
Titleist Vokey 60deg
Ping Sigma 2 Valor Stealth

Club details in the footer, Callaway Driver & 3 Wood, Titleist TMB and AP2's, Callaway Mack Daddy Wedges and Odyssey putter - Max 2 brands

I get some people may switch around at the top end of the bag with 3 wood or 5 wood, utility or hybrid but there's a lot of people chopping and changing sets like the weather.

For club level golfers like ourselves, consistency should be key!

I for one flirt between the TMB and a Callaway Apex hybrid purely depending on if I'm playing a links or parkland course but that's it.

Brands shouldn't matter, just look at some of the tour pro's set up these days now they are not tied to sponsorhips

Will be adding another new brand, just purchased a set of chikara yu-ga irons. Japanese brand they are awesome
FWIW..Chikara irons/wedges are forged by Kyoei, as are heads for several other companies - including Cooper. Kyoei's house brand is Vega. A UK based, ex Tour Van, wedge specialist (ICGolf from memory, but can't find any links) also uses their 'blanks'.

As for my 'brand count'... Normally 4 (occasionally 3) - Adams Driver, Woods and Hybrids - except for 6h/27* Titleist - Cleveland (occasionally Titleist) wedges, Bettinardi putter(s!!), though often Seemore in Winter.

Would appear I’m Into Titleist without actually realising it weirdly. All whilst proclaiming I’m a Srixon fanboy.

Scotty putter
Vokey wedges
Titleist 2 iron

Then srixon irons, hybrid and a Callaway driver
