How long to wait for delivery-ebay

I just bought 2 Ping polo's, bargain at £2.20 each + £3.99 delivery. The sellers estimated delivery time was 6-8 days. This time is up, the item still is not shown as dispatched and he has not replied to my email asking if he has sent the polo's to me. How long should I wait before I contact Ebay about this?

If the 6-8 days is working days and that period is up I'd do it now, as eBay also allow him time to respond to them so nothing's going to happen for another 5 days or so anyway.

This is provided there's no mention of him being away or similar on his adverts.

What's their feedback like?
Sounds like they don't want to sell that cheap to me.

feedback 100% that's why i bid, comms good at first, even combined postage then nothing since. I paid immediately via paypal so he has the money, I'm reluctant to contact ebay but he hasn't answered my message so somethings not right.

If you just report item not received to start the seller will get email reminder from eBay this usually works but if not then open complaint 6-8 workings days is 2 weeks plenty of time to get 2 polos in post.

I'd usually allow the times listed in the Auction: 6-8 Working Days.

I know some sellers can be a pain in the butt by not updating the transaction to show that they have dispatched your item.

Once the time had passed I will raise it with eBay through the 'Resolve a Problem' link.

i usually leave it 10 days as this is the time you have to wait before starting a dispute through ebay/paypal.
