What do you do for a warm up?
I find taking my clubs put of the car is quite sufficient.

When i get to my club, i usually arrive about 30 mins early. Firstly, i stand outside doing a few stretches and a quick drink (usually lucozade to keep me awake). I then head off to the net just to hit a few and get they key muscles warm and ready to go. I only hit a 7 iron in the net because I hit it best and it promotes confidence without any swing thoughts. About 5 mins before i tee off, i have a few short putts, making most of them to give confidence, but mainly to try and judge the speed of the greens. I then head off to the tee, and think of the good practice/warm-up. Hope this helps

Ironically I usually roll up 5 mins before my tee time, grab my clubs, a practise swish then offski.
Yesterday I was early, a chat at the clubhouse, a bit of putting and chipping practise then went to the 1st tee relaxed.
Best comp score to date. I am going to be more organised from now on![]()
Yeah but mine worked better yesterday [/QUOTE

I can see a thread on changing your driver setting mid round coming on.![]()
Why do i get a feeling there are two camps on here? ;-)
I ask all the folk that spend an hour or so beforehand warming up, how do you feel when you knob one off the first tee? Was it worth it?

Pint of Peroni or two and an egg, bacon and sausage bloomer sandwich (no butter diet version) seems to do the trick at the moment!
I just find myself more relaxed getting there early, I hate rushing. Like to live my life chilled out.
I've never had a beer before a game, does it make you play better like it does with snooker?:whoo:
