Masterscoreboard is the way forward. Never any issues and scores are always up pretty much immidiately after the comp closes.

I don't normally have a problem with HDID as most of my comps are midweek, but just tried logging on after reading this thread and it wont load.

Our scores were up by 6pm tonight but it was slow trying to access them.

2 weeks ago the results went up but disappeared after a few minutes. A notice appeared saying that full scores would appear shortly and we are still waiting now.

Yeah - and it seems to be getting worse. Totally frustrating trying to log on at times - I hope our club makes the move elsewhere.

Having moved from a club that used HandicapMaster, to one that used HDID, I'm not impressed at all, HandicapMaster seemed much simpler to use.

That's credit to your handicap secretary. With handicapmaster as soon as you enter the comp scores and publish, the results go live on the masterscoreboard website. It comes down to how fast your handicap secretary processes the results. I try to enter and publish the results immediately after the comp whilst I'm still at the club.

HM and Masterscoreboard is faultless in my experience.

We use intelligent golf and that's top notch, my other club uses mastersscorebard and that's a great piece of software, I have looked at hdid and it's slow and the not even in the same league as mastersscoreboard that's a lot cheaper.

Last weekends 36 hole didn't show on the website til Wednesday despite having been closed off on Sunday night and the print out in the clubhouse had me going up to 17 after an abysmal am round and then printed two entries for me for the pm round - up to 17 again and then down to 16!

Only about half the comps we play actually show up on the site now.
The club have checked their end and everything is fine. Really annoying when you've had a good round and it doesn't count for the OOM.
My club are on Masterscoreboard so pretty much stuck with HDID.
