The point was that is a “perfectly innocent question” because of the way the claim society is - it was an accident so yes potential claim under insurance but going to sue someone because of an accident ?

Clubs are these days having to go incorporated company to protect themselves and their members for being liable for accidents like this.

Not to take this off topic for too long, but I would never use the ignore function because (a) if someone replies directly to me I still want to read it whoever it was and (b) if you can't see certain posts sometimes the thread wouldn't make sense contextually, or you could end up repeating something your ignored person has already said.

Yes there are people who's posts I skip and don't read, but the ignore function makes threads look weird.

The easy way is to not use the function and just scroll right by - that way the thread is still there in tact and you avoid the obsessed 👍
