Hi,

Has anyone created a spreadsheet which calculates handicaps correctly. I've just created one which seems to work correctly, but want to check the figures against someone elses.

Mine lets you calculate your handicap score correctly and then it calculates whether its a reduction, increase or same and then the amount of the reduction or increase.

Seems to work. Even better now ive added built in calculators for my regular courses.

I'll post it up if anyone wants to have a gander. I'm sure this topic has been done to death though

Just see if that helps

If you add your stroke play actual score to the calculator, it will give you the score to add to the handicap tracker.

All you need to do is add the course par, 68, 72 etc and then your score. It should then calculate the reduction and make it to the line below.

Probably needs some adjusting to make it user friendly, but seems to work for me. Just need someone with an actual handicap and some scores to try it out.

Thanks

DDD

Sorry DDD, downloaded it but it didn't make a lot of sense. I assumed column B was for the par of each hole as the total for my course came out at 72 which is correct. I then entered in column C a score of a bogey for each hole which was copied to column D giving the correct gross score of 90 for column D and a mysterious nett score of 85 in column C.

Am I missing something here as I can't see any reference to handicap, SSS or Stableford adjustments.
