handicap question

Played in first medal of the season yesterday and although I was pleased with my game, missed a few puts and ended up net 76 with CSS 70, therefore getting a .1 increase.
This taketh my handicap to 21.5

My question is, am I correct in assuming that my playing handicap is now 22, or is it 21?

Couldn't find answer easily on interweb.

defo 22 now from .5 it is rounded upwards

22 - but only when the results are officially published. You can't increase your handicap yourself.
