H4H in October - monies due for anyone who signed up

I'm aware that some folk may not be aware that part payment for H4H October was due end April, as they don't check the Arrange a Game section very often.
I also feel Rich has more than enough to do, but he hasn't asked me to do this. I just felt it was time.
