Just replaced my mobile due to a cracked screen and having trouble switching on and off, plus it was old and overdue an upgrade.
I was on an 18 month contract and was pleased and surprised when the guy suggested I buy the handset for £35 and pay just £15 per month with 600 free minutes and a 12 month contract.
I'm not a heavy user and don't text very much, so was never going to be a big sale for him.
Just pleasantly surprised that he wasn't pushy and didn't try to up-sell me anything. It's not often when you buy something these days that the person you're dealing with actually wants to save you money.
I'm sure some will say there are better deals out there, but I'm happy!
