Eight months later - still not fixed. Just entered a couple of pairs events and had to email the GM to get half the fees refunded and the appropriate person charged instead.
I will continue sending an email to moan about it every single time. They always refund me the amount after I do. Surely they'll be getting tired of this and it would be easier to fix it eventually??
I've just entered my first pairs comp. We had to enter via HDID. Very simple and the money was automatically taken from each persons account correctly. Didn't get a reply this time, but I know when they've seen it because they process the refund in IG. Last year when I asked him about it in person he kind of gave some non-committal response which I can't quite remember - I'm sure he said it works for some people but not others (me) or something like that. Might have just been a nonsense excuse.

Just send her and stay home then.The guy who normally works in the office on a Thursday & Friday night is off this week.
I volunteered to work those shifts knowing I could sit in the office with the masters on and not be disturbed.

The wife has just said she will come as well so I’m not on my own.
Going to be soaps on the telly all night followed by I’m a celebrity getting married in the dark or some other reality rubbish and the takeaway will now cost twice as much.
Every time there's a shotgun start, me and my partner get one of the longest walks. I think they're punishing me for complaining about the IG payments.
