Either somewhere that would never play the same 2 days in a row, i.e a links, so where better than the Old Course at St Andrews or (if we get the same weather everyday) somewhere so lovely that I would never get bored anyway i.e the Old Course, Sunningdale.

Augusta is tempting but I'd prefer to play somewhere where I had a chance of breaking 100.

hmmm - would have to be in Scotland - and not links as I'd eventually get fed up of the incessant wind - so Pitlochry. I'd get completely knackered, and might even get fed up playing the same holes day in, day out - but I'd never tire of the views so would be able to enjoy a day off now and then just lying back and soaking up the glorious Perthshire scenery.

My first experience of pitlochry was on tour with the cricket club when 18ish. Having not been to bed the night before and 36 holes ahead the uphill first few holes until you get to the spring (behind the 3rd green?) were something to endure to say the least. didnt help at the first having hit it 10 ft behind the pin I lipped the putt out only to watch it trundle on down off the front of the green and back down the hill lol

Think I'd be quite happy with Pebble Beach from all the images I've seen of it and fact its on the coast which would give different experiences on each day due to weather i'd settle for their.

Also been watching some guys tee off.......... Must get a life, after watching the next 4 ball
