Gokart - top customer service!

Had one pretty much since they were released. Other than a snapped bungie (my fault, very hungover trying to put the bag on the trolley) it has been pretty much problem free. Needless to say new bungie dispatched same day no charge. Have to admit that I too have broken the card holder cover bit but I rarely used it so never asked for a replacement.

This argument comes up all the time, is it good customer service or a problem with the product. To me it is just good customer service. My Go-Kart has seen several years of problem free use whereas I have seen people buyer other trollies that are always breaking down.

Have to say, I am now tempted to get a matching bag as have had mine for a while.

So apart from the bungee breaking and the scorecard holder breaking, it's been "pretty much problem free" ? Sounds like a quote for the brochure to me

It is if you compare it to the number of people I see in our pro shop (an authorised Powercaddy repair centre) with motor problems, electrical problems etc with trolleys far more recently purchased than mine who then end up with a hefty repair bill. 2 minor breakages which were both due to me over several years, I will take that over the problems I have seen with other trolleys any day of the week.

I agree with GB72. The amount of people at our club with the usual brands who are always moaning, swapping parts and having to go out of their way to repair centers is quite large.

My GoKart is about 18 months old now and two things have happened 1) The top bag strap snapped 2) the battery strap also snapped, both my fault as I was hungover and pulled to hard and the latter I was resting the battery on the folded trolley and it blow off and broke. Their service is amazing and it was sorted for FREE straight away.

The one thing I don't like is the brolley holder, it bounces all over and on rough ground I always think its going to snap. Apart from that its excellent, the wife loves it too as I never get a look in when we play together.

Same with my 12 month Motocaddy, never missed a beat, and none of it has broken off in my hand. It's rubbish isn't it ? We don't get to find out how good or bad our manufacturers are at fixing broken trolleys ! :D

Mine went tits up about a month ago. Picked up the next day at my convenience and a loan one was dropped off for me to use.

Problem was fixed and a whole host of little updates were done aswell. Back to me the next day and only had to pay for the delivery both ways.

Very pleased with the service which is all you can ask if something goes wrong with anything you've bought.

Bottom bungee snapped. Posted on here about it. Result? New bungee delivered free of charge two days later.
Snapped the handle shortly after getting the trolley, mate of mine stupidly stuck his foot out to stop it and tipped it over. Posted on here about it. Result? New trolley two days later and a "loaner" whilst mine was out of action.
Had it now for over 2 years. Love it. If it goes tits up I would get another in the blink of an eye.
