Dad. This is now getting a bit surreal.
My mate Peter and I used to go up to L.E. some lunchtimes (we were at Selhurst) to watch and chat to the girls through the chain link fencing. I suppose I was trying to find a girl like mum.
Having said that, I never saw mum playing netball in her navy blue knickers with a hankie tucked into the pocket and.......
