Glasgow clubs?

Hi all back in the forum after a good few years away from golf. Wishing I hadn't sold the clubs now!

Anyway I'm getting back into golf and looking for any of you guys/gals that play in Glasgow for recommendations on a club to join? Been looking at Hilton Park as it has 2 18 hole courses so I'm imagine I can get a round in whenever suits me and it's close to the house but I'm welcome to any other suggestions or feedback on Hilton Park?

I’m in Milngavie and have just taken the flexible membership offer at Balmore. Great course and the 6 hole par 3 and practice facilities are excellent too. Had some lessons and used the par 3 course to try and apply before venturing on course itself. I’ve friends at Hilton Park and they all enjoy it and benefit of having two courses.
