I've had one for a few months now and I'm very pleased with it.
It's always handy to know the yardages (even though, like most, I can't hit to +/-1yd every time), but the thing I find most useful is the confidence it gives you when you get recurring yardages, especially with short iron approaches.
e.g. if I've hit a PW close from 105yds early on, every time I get a similar shot throughout the rest of the round, I can just play the shot, not worry about the yardarge, and commit 100%. It's amazing how much more confident I feel over the ball, knowing that I just need to replicate a shot from earlier in the round.
