Got the calender and no gift card :-(

Missing Direct Golf gift card

Good evening one and all.
I received my subscriber's copy of GM today and as I was vigorously scanning the pages I came across the Direct Golf advert on pages 84 - 87. It appears that there should have been some form of discount card attached. My magazine was missing the aforementioned gift card.
Anyone missing theirs or have I mis-read the advert?:lol:
