First mid week comp and Its blowing a hoolie!

After work i'll be heading up to the course to play the first Mid-Week medal of the year and its like a hurricane out there! (lovin it)!

I quite like playing in the wind - you've really got to think about what you want the ball to do!

What are you best tips for wind? or any good stories?

I plan on it - I've a some lovely Nike one's or a nice Calvin klein one!

Don't fight wind, just aim and allow for the wind to move the ball.


Oh.....and don't strike it well or it will bore straight through it!

When it's breezy swing easy!

club up and club down accordingly! If it's a 3 club headwind take 3 clubs extra, not 2.

Fully agree, although some holes are bound to be into the wind.....
