False insurance claim

No their sex wasn't relevant but if I'd have said a bloke on a motorcycle (which I would if it had been one) would you have questioned that?
Probably not. But, if not, I'd like to think simply because the vast majority of motorcyclists ARE 'blokes', rather than an assumption on my. 'Motorcyclist' would have been a more appropriate term, just as 'Driver' would have been for a car.
 
My missus have now received the papers that the solicitors will use for her defense. Some people...

The first claimants medical report says it happened in May 2016, it happened late June...
The third claimant was involved in a similar accident 2 months prior to this one.
The third claimant have been involved in 4 previous accidents before this one.
The claimant car had twice been classified as a category "C" Total loss before this accident.
The third claimant date of birth is different between the reports.

I might also add that my missus had never had any sort of accidents before this, having had her drivers license for 12-13 years.

Them chasing your wife could end up costing them, if it's proven to be fraudulant and then passed onto the police (as insurance companies do often...and with good reason)
