In my opinion they aren't a good company to deal with! A good company to me is dealing with problems that occur, answering the phone, answering e.mails, and refunding money like promised. This company can only exist by selling products they don't actually send to the paying customer and pocketing the money. I have sent e.mails to all current golfing magazines warning their readers of this website. In fact if you know people that work there maybe you can ask them to answer the phone.

Fella if you have a genuine problem then fair enough but I would have thought you would have at least known the name of the place. I am sure the current golfing magazines are thankful you emailed them about a website.

They have a setup there and it is tremendous. Good friendly staff too

Never had dealings with them myself but always find it suspicious when a new user's first posts are slagging off a business, bitter former employee or competitor?

Are you sure you are not getting confused with European Golf which is, I believe, part of the Sports Direct organisation and has stores in Leicester, Birmingham & Loughborough.
Possibly worth checking .

ive been in the old total golf and the new golf store europe store countless times. i know 2 of the guys really well. ive found the store itself to be excellent. they can "forget things" for time to time but these things happen. you shouldnt have problems getting them on the phone!

I've used them twice, both times the service poor.

Two years ago I ordered a Baffler hybrid & a Cleveland wedge, heard/received nothing for 2 weeks, rang them (as none of my emails were answered) to be told the wedge was out of stock & they could send the baffler, very poor as they had taken my money for both as soon as I placed my order, eventually after a month I received the club & a refund for the wedge.

I swore I'd never use the again, but the lure of a bargain Mizzy thermal top changed my mind in April this year, again money taken straight away, nothing for 2 weeks, emails ignored then eventually after 4.5!! weeks item arrived (too warm to wear it by then) using it now & great bit of kit.

They must provide a better service to most, as the appear to stock a vast range of quality stuff, maybe I was just unlucky, they also keep sending me £10 off vouchers that will not be accepted at checkout.

I will not use them again.
