Really enjoyed the game. Competitive but no-one rolling arounf like they'd be shot. Earnest pace for the first half although all the changes made the 2nd half a little disjointed early on. I was a tad disaapointed at the Scottish performance but pleasantly surprised by a young and pacy England overall. However I think Scotland have a great foundation on which to build and hope they carry on progressing and hope that Hodgson can see how much better England play when they are quick and incisive and not tip tapping the ball around the back and midfield. All in all a decent specatcle (shame about the fan issue and the chanting) and as always I couldn't pick a result if my life depended on it!

Thought England turned up and played how they should every game.Very impressed.Scotland were intimidated and outplayed by superior players.

As for the fuss of that chant from England fans...who could be offended by that?I wish the Scotland fans had joined in!

Because it's the sort of chanting that offends and creates trouble

Same with booing the anthems

The fans of both sets didnt exactly cover themselves in glory last night

I thought it was pretty good game, played with intent and determination. The better team deservedly won and by about the right scoreline. Mulgrew was lucky to escape with only yellow. Typical Scotland to lose a goal 90 seconds after snatching one back, hey-ho now I remember why I stopped watching Scotland's internationals - death by a thousand (self-inflicted) cuts.

I hope Scotland can win one of these games soon, otherwise it will become uninteresting and drop off the calendar again.

Disappointing from Scotland - especially the second half - but hopefully won't deflect from what has been a good resurgence under WGS. Still too many problem areas in the team - most notably central defence!
