After nearly four years with Taylormade drivers i'm leaving for pastures new to the Titleist 910, i'm going for a fitting next week (local not national)which i'm looking forward to, i'll let you know how i get on.

I tried the Superfast 2.0 and felt the toe was pointing at the sky! Properly horrible.

Well i'm now the proud owner of a 910d2 driver, I was quite suprised with the shaft i ended up with but after trying various combinations trying to get a mid flight, our course is quite open in places and is a problem in the wind, I ended up with a 9.5 degree Aldila RIP alpha 60-2.9-stiff, i was originally playing a reg shaft in my r9 but s300 stiff in my irons the pro couldn't understand why i was still using reg in my driver.
Comparison wise my old driver had too much back spin giving me no roll but the new bit of kit gives me the same carry but with roll out hence extra distance (range comparison)Also a much better flight shape.
I will be playing on Sunday so will see how i get on, just need to change my fairways now overall very pleased with the outcome and once again the old adage get fitted and try before you but is very very true.
