Duchess Course At Woburn

The Duchess is by far the best course at Woburn. Less tricked up than the Marquess, and just all round better than the Dukes. If it's samey, count me in for samey.

Can't agree with this Murph. The two D's are too tight to be fun.

The Marquess is fantastic though. A really great course in my view.

Still, it would be no fun if we all thought the same eh? :)

Definitley go for it.....it is one of the best venues around for a mini meet. I think people are being a bit picky about some of the criticism......all 3 courses are deservedly in the top 100 rankings.
There's no where to stay on site, but there are local guest houses/hotels.

Ok thanks - I did feel it was venue but suppose it depends on what sort of prices/packages can be made available. I was looking at probably around 16 of us and staying over locally with dinner etc.

I was looking to set up a mini tour for the boys and do a couple of these tracks... I'm not so sure now.... is it an expensive package to play these and stay over and ultimately is it worth it, in your opinion chaps?
Its a day you wont forget, Both the courses we played were fantastic, There is plenty of accommodation nearby 10 mins (I stayed in a premier inn for £29). Loved the day and looking forward to going back next year.
