At the expense of sounding like a bit of a prat. The driving range near me is too short when hitting the driver.

It’s something I really want to work on and push harder to drive longer so that when playing I’ve practiced swinging hard. But the range is too short and the balls go into the trees at the back.

Can anyone recommend a good way to practice hitting it hard and fast, without losing a load of balls.

Apologies for the worst humble brag, I don’t think I hit it that long, I think the range is quite short.

Simple answer would be to find a bigger range. Does the club you play at have a practice ground you can use?
Hi,

This is the range for the club I play at. There are a lot of perks to going to this range (price, travel time, etc). But it’s a short range.
I was just wondering if there was a way to practice that allows for club head speed but the outcome is less.

Perhaps you're not supposed to be using a driver on the range?
I know plenty that stipulate that, or..you must use their range balls which are a reduced distance ball.
