You are taking the club back very much to the inside then casting it in the downswing which is getting steep and must loose you power. Start by addressing the ball more towards the toe of the driver, it will move to the middle as it returns higher than it was at address. Try taking the club back so the clubhead stays more in front of your hands for the first three feet of the swing.

looks similar to me. wrapping the club around your back. sorry I cant help as I am in pretty much the same boat.

you seem to have a nice smooth tempo.

what kind of flight do you usually get? nice wee fade?

It's clear that your hands are arriving closer to the ball than they were at address, the question is WHY?

I believe part of the cause (and the fix) is because you don't know that your hands should be at least 6-10 inches past your nose at impact... and you look to be standing very upright (no tilt away from the ball at address or impact).

With your hands not forward at impact you have to flip the club into impact (which extends the arc) so you hit it off the heel more often.
