Pedant 🤭 … were the measurements in digits and fathoms ? Can you imagine the time a round would take today if that was the case ?

Careful, you are only quoting half facts :sneaky: The Weights and Measures act came in during the 1820s but a lot of the measurements were in place since well before then - just people used a lot of different versions.

I was gonna take the time to educate myself on what the units of measure were for the couple hundred years before imperial but couldn't stay the distance :p
