Certainly agree with 17. That's my bogey hole. 12 is easy, but I never trend to score well there.

12 is easy, I usually hit the fairway but some how just seem to struggle with the 2nd shot!

Large green as well! But a tricky one. Two very different tiers, and protected by a bunker. I've been a member there for 3 years, and have yet to find the bunkers on the right hand side. I don't see how they are ever in play.

The 13th at Malton, I pretty much always lay up to around 70 yards. Its a par 4 I rarely par as its tricky to lay up any closer of go for the green due to the prevailing wind. I generally walk off with a 5 or 6. If I can start nailing my hybrid or get a 3 iron replacement I might try and go for it but my game is a long way off taking on greens from over 170 yards.
Thankfully it is balanced by three par 5s on the front which are good birdie chances so its not an issue getting the odd double.

Put on the other day bogey hole the 12th,put ball in hedge 3 out of 4 comps,guess what , I parred it yesterday,so goodbye to that,problem was there was 17 other holes to play.

This thread broke the bogey of the 5th and I did in fact par it today, perfect position with my drive, a good 5 wood which just ran off the back of the green, but chipped to 2 feet and holed the putt.

3 Wood 8 Iron. 4 Putts for a double bogey would be my way of playing it, or 3 wood, 8 Iron, 6 out of the bunker and then 4 putts.

14th at my place. Oong par 4 made even longer by the fact the second shot is up hill. Topped of with a tricky green. Nearly walked of with a 4 once after getting beside the green in two. Chipped to 3 feet then pulled my putt as I was so excited at the fact I was about to putt for par! Stupid me. My eclectic score based on play from back tees but not soley comps is -7.

5th at mine its either a bogey or bust :angry: All carry about 160m uphill with nothing but a valley with a bunker at the bottom. Ho hum keep on bashing away until I get it right I suppose, although it is very aptly named as the valley of tears.
