My daughter who has been playing golf for 4 years has turned 13 and would like to get her handicap.
So my plan is to do 6 x 9 hole rounds for cards.
The question I have is at what point is it not worth her playing out a hole?
For example if she’s going to get an10 on a par 4 should we just pick up and score a 10?
I figure she will be getting a max 54 handicap so to save holding people up picking up is better
And a 10 wouldn’t affect her proposed handicap either way.
Or would it just be 4 over whatever the par is ?
She actually hits a great drive and chips well. Putting and bunkers are the issue at my course.
Basically I’m just trying to think about others playing and speed of play.
Note we will do of a Tuesday afternoon too as it’s the Quietest days at my course.
