Just imagine you've just come back from a golf trip. Now, during this hypothetical trip, you took a picture that the subject DIDN'T want anyone else to see.
For the rest of the trip, the hypothetical golfer tried to take many similarly embarrassing photos to use for negotiation purposes.

What would you do?

Publish and be damned?
Delete the pic for ever?
Wait for the gagging order from The Old Bailey?
Photo-shop it to make it look worse?
Photo-shop it to make it look better?

Decisions decisions. :D :D :D

Is the correct answer....as long as you are talking about the pic of "Bicycle repair man"

So, not this one then?

it depends on if he was successful on getting an equally bad shot of you, if not publish in the original form. This then gives you the option of photoshopping at a later date and really dragging out the misery. :D

it's in the public interest & he'll never get a super injunction in time

The problem is, I haven't seen the pics the hypothetical golfer may have taken so have no idea how damaging they could be...if I had a giant ego that is ;)
And to make it worse, he's playing the Berkshire today so by the time he gets home, this post will probably be old hat and he wont even see it...hypothetically ;)

Stick the picture up bob we can all take the piss and have a laugh, then we can just get brendy to delete it before 'he' gets home from the Berkshire, simple :D

I think it is cruel and completely unnecessary to inflict such embarrassment on another forumer. I wont no part in it.

;) ;)
From my experiences Bob THIS is the advice i would take .. & id pay more attention to the ADVISOR than the ADVICE .. Health & safety advice , YOUR health & safety :D :D
