Just imagine you've just come back from a golf trip. Now, during this hypothetical trip, you took a picture that the subject DIDN'T want anyone else to see.
For the rest of the trip, the hypothetical golfer tried to take many similarly embarrassing photos to use for negotiation purposes.

What would you do?

Publish and be damned?
Delete the pic for ever?
Wait for the gagging order from The Old Bailey?
Photo-shop it to make it look worse?
Photo-shop it to make it look better?

it depends on if he was successful on getting an equally bad shot of you, if not publish in the original form. This then gives you the option of photoshopping at a later date and really dragging out the misery.
