Just a breakdown of prices for everybody.
If you are staying for the evening meal, the cost will be £70.00.
No meal??? Price comes down to £53.00.
The only extra will be a £10.00 contribution to the prize fund.

I would be obliged if everybody could pay either by cash, or cheque.
Debit/Credit cards make it difficult to keep track on who and who hasn't paid.
Really looking forward to it, hope you are too.

Sorry, just seen the change in meal arrangements and I'm going to have to shoot off before the meal I'm afraid. I was cutting it fine anyway with the Bbq idea (hope we can do that next time, as sounds perfect way to finish the day) but this means I can't hang about.
