I have the chance to play it late April,it's not too bad a jaunt for me as I can stop at my sisters in Leeds and set off from there but is it worth a game?

It's a giveaway price wise as we are getting a hugely hugely reduced rate with food and it would be another course that I haven't played before struck off the list so I am interested to hear if it would be worth the treck???

Most definately worth the trek.

Conwy is a fabulous links course which was used as a qualifying course for the Open at Royal Birkdale.

I have played it a couple of times and you will not be disapointed.

It's a hell of a trek. I've spent over 2 hours doing Leeds to Chester. Depends on time of day.

The course is very good. The courses along the "top" tend to be flatter and more organic than those on the "west" (like Aberdovey and Harlech).

Well worth it. :)

Played it last year. Really well laid out with bunkers positioned in all the right ( or in my case wrong!) places. Played April and the greens were the best we played on all year.

Definitely worth the effort getting there.

If you get the chance, North Wales gc is on the other side of the bridge and is a good spot too, bit more wilder but just as fun
