Concessionary membership & membership deals - How does your club manage these ?

For the long term golf must encourage young people into the game.
But in the short term why not encourage more older / retired people who have the time [ and money ] hopefully to spare
They can play mid week when most courses are quite and before the schools come out.
I think clubs are really missing out , even offering cheaper rounds to pensioners, maybe 1 day a week at quiet times, a few might even join .
