I can vouch for the nike machspeed being forgiving. I had one before my 910 and it was extremely reliable!

+1....I have 3 of them with different shafts and just getting one reshafted by Scott Gourlay!
The TM might be tricky to control as I understand they are a bit longer than the most....although I am sure somebody will put me right!

Yes I would....and go for the Ping Stock shaft in a stiff...its quite good and not that stiff!

i dont think my swing speed is that fast, surely the stiff would have a detrimental effect on my drives?

I dont think they are that stiff...best thing to do is try out a couple....AG usually have one in their second had section!

ill pop down to my local one, was watching a tm burner 09 there on ebay but it has went up to £90 odd! u reckon its is worth just waiting a while and getting a ping g15 from ag for £130 brand new? or are they not as forgiving?

I have tried them all from the G10 and keep going back there....G15 was going right on every shot but that was me. Will be a different story for you! Have a look at the G10s on ebay....and go for a reg if you are not sure on the stiff!

Went for the g10 seochris. Was about to buy the one u linked up but missed it by a minute! Someone else bought it. But got one for fiver dearer so not bothered.
