Aww now I'm welling up here Bill, ballyliffin was a pretty good weekend all in. I have to say that I actually feel proud that someone from our region won it, couldnt have happened to a nicer bloke.

Very well played Bill, great win. I've really enjoyed following this little tournament and seeing how everyone on here had done.

Hopefully GM can sort something similar next year as it appeared all the regional events were well supported.

Just home as I stayed with my brother in Dublin last night, had a great time in Birmingham, big thanks to GM for organising the event as I think everyone really enjoyed it. I managed to come second in the 13 and above category and Bill won the low handicap category so I think we did the Ballyliffin crew proud. Not sure if I'm looking forward to seeing the photos or not though...

Ha ha thanks but all I will say is it's a good job there's not another picture showing where that putt actually finished, as you can tell from that photo the line was nearly perfect but it overshot the runway by a fair amount.
