Bought my own 1st car in 1999 S Reg Citroen Saxo, had that til it got nicked in 2002 and i've never owned a car since just vans.

I drive a van for work and cant justify the outlay for a motor that i'd probably do 500 miles a year in.

First was a 1972 Vauxhall Viva in pastel blue (it was pretty clapped out when i bought it for £150) quickly followed by an equally clapped out Hillman Avenger
Been running long term rental for the last few years and don't really have a dream car but I would like a classic from the 80's in good condition

Who’d nick a Saxo? You can’t get that big a baked bean tin on the exhaust.

In about 1990 I got a Ford Fiesta which was already about 14 years old. I upgraded the radio with a cassette deck and doubled its value when my dad installed the speakers we found under the spare wheel.

My ideal classic car would be a BMW 2000 in sky blue. The ones from the end of the 60s. Before my time, but always liked the look of them.

The 2002tii was a lovely car. My mate had one, in pastel yellow.

First car was a ford Fiesta. Utter garbage. After a chat at work with car owners a Nissan sunny was purchased. Had Jap Cars ever since except for a brief loving flirt with a Ford Mondeo Mk1 with all the trimmings. My youngest son used to call it The Spy Car. Got nicked and smashed up. Currently Mazda 3.

Not really into cars but wouldn't mind that one Fish posted up.
