Ok, so I know I posted a while back about changing cars, but I stuck with the Honda, now I am going to change, and so is the missus as hers is up for renewal or final payment, so we just going to change it too.

I'm looking at newish Astra, focus, that kinda size, not really a fan of the newer shape civic. would like good spec and a bit poke. 0-60 in about 9 so not a race car lol

The wife is looking at maybe another Hyundai, but she likes the ix35 and the Tucson isn't the same so she a little disappointed, and looking at the Kia Sportage, or maybe a Kuga.

Any advice would be great thanks

If you were interested in bmws let me know. I have a friend who works for BMW and can do ridiculous deals. I managed to 8k off list price on mine

Sure there will be some who will disagree but when my wife was looking at an SUV she ended up with a Mitsubishi ASX. Got far more for her mojey than with a Kuga or Sportage abd even a Hyundai abd she loves it.

I'm not a BMW fan really, think the running costs are too much for what they are thanks though.
I'll mention that to her gb, a Mitsubishi isn't something we would have thought on thanks.
Thanks dan, think she will probably go for a drive in one to see, can't imagine there too much diff thanks

No worries. If you change your mind let me know. Offer is open to anyone else too, if you want any info let me know

I bought a Seat Leon FR three years ago this sept. 0% finance on remainder after a lump sum and px. It goes like the clappers if you want it to in sport mode. Or you can have custom mode, eco mode etc.

Because it is mainly a VW Chassis, engine, gearbox bass on the A3, golf etc etc. It is solid.

Cheap to run, plus me bats fit in the back.

I was looking at these sorts of cars and ended up going for a Volvo XC60. They are doing some cracking deals on them just now as the revamped model has been announced. Bit more upmarket than the others you listed and very well specced too so might be worth considering. 3 weeks in and I'm very happy with mine so far.

If you're looking at SUVs we just got the new Peugeot 3008 and are loving it, great to drive and Allure spec gives lots of features at a reasonable cost

If you told me a year ago I'd be driving a Peugeot I'd have laughed at you, they've made huge progress in the last year

Think the Volvo maybe a bit of a stretch, but thanks 😉

If they are still taking orders for the old XC60 then you may be surprised. The website is showing lease deals from £249 a month which is less than I could find on the Sportage/Tucson. Are you looking to buy or lease? If you are interested and want any more details, drop me a PM and I'll give you the numbers for the deal I negotiated.

Edit
I just went on the Kia website and a similar deal to my Volvo is £140pm more

No....the Volvo is £140pm cheaper :D

Actually it is about £190 a month cheaper because I went for the fully maintained option which is an extra £50 odd a month so the Volvo works out even better!
