So in real terms IF a golfer takes up the marketing grab and course promotion its a saving of £33 MAX per person and considering I can buy a tee time today on another site for £20 in reality its a £5 saving.
As I say its a decent track and £15 a head is a good deal. Is it part of the prize pot? My opinion no its a grab at a captive audience to (quite rightly) get players coming back and bring friends to hopefully gain a membership or two. Its a marketing ploy (loss leader or otherwise) and nothing more.
