Nice one Madandra, cheers for that. Played 18 holes Saturday and wish I had not bothered. Was like a complete beginner. If thats my form on Friday I may warm up the bar for you guys coming back in¬!

Hi Guys. I hope you all have a good one Friday. I would have joined you but it's about 9 hours driving each way.

I never rely on the BBC weather reports. Check out Metcheck.com. It usually is far more reliable (famous last words!) and you can get up to 7 days in advance but obviously the longer range reports are as a guide.

No frost forecast at least, that would be the main concern to stop play. Rain we can handle....can't we??
Gloves, hats, the works I think!

By not thinking about the rain (if it is raining) it's one less thing to think about on the course ;) As long as the equipment remains dry(ish) thats the main thing.

If I learned one thing last summer it was that!

Good idea, Andy. Forum names of course. :D

Would be a good way of randomising playing partners.

P.S. I didn't do any of the organising for this, Andy. it's all down to Toad and the Craw's good auspices. I'm just turning up.

Looks like it could be a wee bit wet and windy

Nothing to worry about for you brave hearts, after all you are used to it. Us softie southerners are dying to know. Do you tuck your kilts inside your waterproof trousers leaving your ball bag (sorry sporran) outside/inside, waterproof trousers under the kilt, or just wear a waterproof thong to keep the tackle dry? :D :D

Sorry in advance AliB. Tooooo much information

Cant take any credit either.

Toad did the spadework, not I.

Balls in the hat or custom fit V's not custom fit!
