Dodger is away at the moment,limited access to the forum but to answer your question no he won't get cut.

All our winter competitions are non qualifiers with the odd exception that a high hcp may get cut on general play but not a cat 1 player.
The greens have come on alot even since your visit in Feb so play well you've a chance to score.
