Bad hand?

Past two weeks I have developed a lot of pain/weakness in the ring finger area of my left hand after about 10 or 11 holes. This has, of course led to some bad shots, especially hooking.
Any thoughts, suggestions, advice? Help!!!!

Weaken your grip after 10 holes.

Are you serious or just taking the p1ss? I don't have a strong* grip......
*i.e. not too many knuckles showing or tight...

Do you practice on the driving range alot? For the first six months of playing I used to play once a week and hit 100 balls on the range. I started suffering with trigger finger, where the finger closes up and sticks in a closed position, after three months of pills and stopping going to the range all is well. So your problem may be a symptom of too much practice.

No. I don't go to the range. My swing is established. I only usually warm up. I was 1 over(after 13) when my hand started playing up today.

I had a simular problem. Started holding the club lighter seemed to work for me. Not had the trouble since.

Ibroprofen gel.
Recently my left hand was hurting,i couldnt put much pressure through the hand at all.
3 days of the above gel and the hand was better.
