Right firstly thanks for all of the advise that I have received, it was all most welcome for anyone interested or like me on the obese side (god I hate that word, I'm basically a fatty)
One thing I would like to add is, if you're cutting, you're best not to eat carbs late at night, especially simple carbs. 5pm is usually my cut off point.
This rules out sweets, chocolate, pasta, bread, rice and potatoes.
It's difficult, but you can get all the energy you need from protein and fats.
