Any excel gurus......lots of help needed...

In need of some help pls.........

im not very good at using excel....in fact im absolutely useless but after some help

Im trying to make a league table for our golf society and will try n explain what im after help with

The way we do our league is,we play stableford and we add our scores for each game (26 games) then we deduct the 4 worse scores to give each player a total at the end of the season......

So.... what im aftter if possible is a formula that will add each players weekly scores but also deduct the 4 lowest and give a running total as the season goes on,and also put the players in order of highest to lowest running total...

Hope ive explained it ok to be understood,ask away and will try n explain more,but remember you will have to treat me like ive never used excel b4,

Yes it does mate,what we do is if i scored 35 points it goes down as 3.5 and 27 points 2.7 etc,done it for last few years and is always pretty close through out the season..

I can also have a go, I have 5 years experience of working with forumlas, sorting and VB/VBA in MS Excel

In other words I can make it do funky things and put buttons all over the place to make it do more funky things
