Yep I agree with Homer, it will be a verbal held on file for 6 months. There will be no huge cost to the taxpayer as a result, and most importantly the guilty party will learn to keep his opinions about children at that school to himself.

He had no right to make that comment given he worked at the school.
I think speaking to the school was the right action to take so they can remind him of the regulations. If he gets fired then it will only be because he was already on a final warning.
