real hard to understand much of the sentiment underlying this thread
would be int'restin from the get-go to take a look at all the armchair critics here given a spot in a telecast to come up with either the real time commentary themselves or take a stab at Butch's analysis spot - Butch is just being himself & why should he try to be anything different - a fantastic coach of many champions & so able to give the insight track & stories behind the scenes
maybes y'all should just turn the sound down or switch channels & watch something else
could tell you the real technical details of a knuckleball & how to hit one ... but don't feel inclined to do so 😒

They get it from the likes of crossfield who come out with the most cringey sayings.
The blokes mid 40's and talks like he's a 17 year old yank.
He is so annoying with his sayings and tries to be "hip". He doesn't really need to as some of the stuff he does can be good. It's just hard sitting through the crap to get to the good stuff
