Not found a course with a better practice area than stoneham, but it would depend where you’re based and your budget as I believe it’s a members only facility.

didsbury, where I go for lessons has 2 great practice areas, the putting green is tiny though. Manchester GC whne it is finished will have fabulous practice facilties, open in the spring I believe

Westerham GC has a short game area, driving range, small putting green and a par 3 course. Kings Hill GC as a large putting green, great range and short game area.
Renaissance had pretty good facilities, prov1 provided.

Augusta National’s facilities are brilliant. Might be a bit tough though.
