It's for those delicate 2yrd pitch shots we all get from time to time, can't often play those with a full swing.

I noticed these on ebay, I have also seen on the same loft with 0 degrees bounce. Great for the 1 time every 6 months or so you have no option but to play a flop shot, even so a 60 degree is fine for that. Bonkers.
