2 Tweaks & Played Well

it was dry and mild up here today so managed to get away from the kids for a couple of hours.Arrived at the course and all the greens were in play..HOORRAY!!!

Ive been playing pretty well but a little inconsistant for my liking recently.

Made 2 tweaks, I had noticed on a few videos my shouldes were a little open so I squared my shoulders up a fraction at address which had me hitting the ball so solid everytime.Also went kack handed with my putting.Greens are still dreadfull but actually struck the putts better and a few went in.
Seeing yourself on video is so important for ironing out the creases in your game and it
Never ceases to amaze me this game in the fact that the smallest fraction makes a massive difference

I take it that playing 1-8 then 16,17,18 is a regular thing, or did you do the whole lot?

No just played 1-8 then jumped on the 16th.
you can jump around quite alot as a lot of the tees are close to one another which is ideal for me as I rarely have time for 18 in the winter.

3 Under...Thats good going. Think I'll be keeping my money in my pocket if we go for a game at Shaw hill.
Had a knock at Pleasington this afternoon.Started off a bit ropey,but 2 over on the back 9.best i've played in a while.
Surprised at how mild it seemed once i got going.

Querty were looking at 2 weeks today.
Next Sunday is my 2nd daughters christening.
I will probably get another mate of mine who is not a member to join us,he plays off about 24 and is good value for laughs.
