1st card in for h/c... not bad

just back, shot a 99, rounded down to a 93 for h.c purposes, par is 69 dunno what sss is but that would give 24, averaged with my 2 previous rounds would give 27.333

scored 35 stabelford with 31 putts, 1 chip in for par which was part of 3 back to back pars. Not bad cos started off crap. Putting was v good and holed an awesome putt down a big slope, only had 1 3 putt. negatives were hit 5 bunkers and 2 oob's so could have been a hell of a lot better as twice I took 2 to get out of the sand.

Driving was cack front 9 but much better back 9 and slice was occasionally biting my ass.

also registered for 1st Monthly Medal and Stableford on 5th and 12th June and will have my 3 cards in by then

Occasionally when I thrash the driver it either pushes left or slices. Does this mean I would be better off with a stiffer driver? I use a Ping G10 with a regular shaft

nah, I bought a stiff shafted for the same reasons and made no difference, I find when I try and smash the ball it slices, a 3/4 swing with a nice low/wide backswing gets me 200-250, a thrash may get me the same but 100 yds right also
