How strong was the wind
I carried a 7-iron 180 yds on Saturday on our 18th. Admittedly there was a lot of anger involved after the way I had played but it was still a bl**dy long 7-iron. How anyone hits a wedge that far is beyond me.

Hehe - no wind whatsoever, the boy is simply a machine. 4th hole is 348 yards to the centre of the green - he hit his drive well through and into a bunker 30 yards behind the centre of the green.

Why do they use guys with huge ( cosmetically enlarged ? ) equipment to 'satisfy' the young ladies ?
Surely it would encourage more chaps if the said young lady was finding total satisfaction at the hands of a less well endowed plumber ( or stairwell decorator ) ?

I can believe he could get a pitching wedge that far.
For 150yds I usually hit 7/8/9 depending on wind/weather conditions and slope to the green.
So if I can get a 9 iron over 150 (14th hole on sunday was 155 to middle, I was at back of green - wind behind) why shouldn't he hit a wedge that far?
